Standard Home Cleaning
Task Include:
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- General dusting.
- Cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
- Tidy and clean common areas.
- Taking out rubbish.
- Terrece (single/double story & etc)
- Semi D or Bungalow
- One cleaner for 2 hours: RM80.
- Standard cleaning for 3 or more total cleaner-hours: RM35 per cleaner-hour.
- Additional time beyond the booked duration: RM40 per cleaner-hour.
- Cleaning tools and chemicals: RM30 per job.
- Night cleaning between 6 PM and midnight: RM60 per cleaner-hour.
Price: RM80 per session
Minimum durtation: 2 hour for 1 cleaner per session
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Post-Renovation Cleaning
RM40 per hour per cleaner
